1. Storage
(1) inflatable laryngeal mask items should be classified and stored in the inflatable laryngeal mask storage area. Disposable use of inflatable laryngeal mask should be removed after the outer packaging, into the item storage area.
(2) The storage shelf or cabinet should be 20~25cm from the ground, 5cm~10cm from the wall, and 50cm from the ceiling. Open shelves should be used.
(3) The goods should be placed in a fixed position and set up a sign. Wash or disinfect your hands before handling inflatable laryngeal mask.
(4) Items used directly after disinfection should be dried, packaged and stored in a special shelf.
2. Storage period
(1) When the inflatable laryngeal mask storage area meets the corresponding environmental standards (relative humidity < 70%, temperature below 24℃), the validity period of inflatable laryngeal mask packaged with textile materials should be 14d; If the environmental standard is not met, the validity period should be 7 days.
(2) inflatable laryngeal mask packaged in disposable paper bags for medical purposes should be valid for 1 month; inflatable laryngeal mask using disposable medical wrinkle paper and medical non-woven fabric packaging should be valid for 6 months; inflatable laryngeal mask packaged in disposable paper plastic bags should be valid for 6 months. inflatable laryngeal mask packed in hard containers should be valid for 6 months.
Iii. Distribution
(1) The principle of first in, first out shall be followed.
(2) The effectiveness of inflatable laryngeal mask should be confirmed, and packages such as loose packages, wet packages, landing packages, unclean packages, invalid packages, unclear labels, and substandard sterilization packages should not be issued. Implants and implantable surgical instruments shall be released only after passing the biological monitoring. In emergency surgery, 5 types of chemical indicators can be added to the biological PCD, and the qualification of 5 types of chemical indicators can be used as a sign of advance release, but the biological monitoring results should be reported to the user department in time.
(3) The release records shall be traceable, including the date, name, specification, quantity, manufacturer, batch number, sterilization date, expiration date, etc. of one-time use of inflatable laryngeal mask.
(4) After the inflatable laryngeal mask is used, it should be cleaned and stored dry.
